Clear refunds for one-off listing work.

OpenInvoke paid packages are manual services. If no meaningful work has started, refunds are usually straightforward. Once custom review, proof, placement, or launch work is underway, the answer depends on what has already been delivered.

Free listings

Free listings cost nothing, so there is no payment to refund.

  • Free listing submissions are manually reviewed and may be accepted, rejected, edited, delayed, or removed.
  • Because there is no payment for free listing review, there is no refund process for free submissions.

Paid packages

Paid OpenInvoke packages are one-off manual services. Refunds depend on whether work has started or value has been delivered.

  • Featured listing: £49 one-off for priority/enhanced directory treatment. If requested before review/placement work starts, a refund will normally be available.
  • Verified callable: £149 one-off for review/proof work. If substantial review work has already started, a full refund may not be available.
  • Launch package: £399 one-off for done-for-you listing, metadata, and launch-support work. Once custom work has started, refunds may be partial or unavailable depending on work completed.
  • Stripe fees, chargeback costs, fraud checks, or completed manual work may affect the refund amount where allowed by law.

How to request a refund

Email support with enough detail to match the payment and service.

  • Email support@openinvoke.com with the package name, payment email, service name, payment date, and reason for the request.
  • Refund requests are reviewed manually and usually handled through Stripe where the original payment was made.
  • A refund does not prevent OpenInvoke from rejecting, removing, or editing a listing where safety, legality, quality, or trust requires it.

No guaranteed outcomes

Refunds are not owed merely because an AI agent, search engine, or buyer did not produce the outcome you wanted.

  • OpenInvoke does not guarantee traffic, leads, AI recommendations, citations, rankings, revenue, or third-party behaviour.
  • Paid packages buy specific manual listing, review, placement, proof, or launch-support work, not guaranteed commercial outcomes.
  • Your statutory rights are not affected.
